Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period: There is a 48-hour fully refundable cancellation period post-booking (only valid for bookings outside of 72 hours).
Cancellations Outside of 15 Days: Cancellations after 48 hours and outside of 15 days are offered a 90% (of the total) refund.
Cancellations Within 14 Days: Any cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. However, under emergency circumstances, we may issue a 1-year non-transferable voucher for the full cost of any trip or rental.
Health or Government-Based Cancellations: Any cancellations with valid documentation of their inability to travel based on health or home governing systems will receive a 90% (of the total) refund (with the voucher option offered first).
Weather and Dangerous Conditions: In the event of unsafe weather or other dangerous conditions, your guide or staff member may choose to cancel a reservation. Guide or staff canceled reservations receive a credit for future use or a 90% (of the total) refund. Rainfall or a forecast of rain does not necessarily require a reservation to be canceled.
Please note that our tours are designed to take you on an adventure through the great outdoors, and sometimes, the weather can be unpredictable. We do not cancel tours due to cold weather, rain, snow, or heat. These natural elements are part of the outdoor experience.
Privacy & SMS Opt-In Policy
By booking a guided tour or rental and providing your phone number, you hereby opt-in to receive SMS messages from Zion Guide Hub and/or Zion Cycles for the purpose of receiving pertinent information related to tours, rentals, and activities. I understand that message and data rates may apply, and I may receive daily/weekly messages.
You are aware that you can unsubscribe from these messages at any time by replying with "STOP."
Zion Guide Hub and Zion Cycles may use multiple opt-in methods, including but not limited to, website opt-in, waiver, and paper forms. If you have any questions or concerns about opting in to receive SMS messages, please contact us at reservations@zionguidehub.com.
By booking a guided service, shuttle, or rental you consent to receive SMS messages from Zion Guide Hub and Zion Cycles in accordance with the guidelines outlined above.
